Upon receipt of puppy, you have 21 business days to have your puppy seen by a certified DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine).  Your puppy upon leaving, will have received his/her vaccines except a rabies vaccine.

A puppy record has been provided for you showing dates vaccines were given, which includes the vaccine label, and dates puppy has been de-wormed. I guarantee my puppies for two years against any life threatening congenital defects. A congenital defect is a problem that will not allow the puppy to grow or age to normal life expectancy. In the unlikely event said puppy is found to have a congenital defect, a statement from a DVM on veterinary stationary stating the defect or cause of death. Upon confirming with my veterinarian, a puppy will be replaced from an available litter or future litter. No moneys will be refunded. This agreement is non-transferable. Under no circumstances shall Seller be held responsible for Veterinary or medical bills incurred. A congenital defect shall not be considered illnesses acquired as a result of neglect or failure to obtain veterinary care.  Failure of Buyer to provide puppy with timely inoculations or regular veterinary care shall clear Seller of any liability for future illnesses to said puppy.  Seller does not guarantee against low-blood sugar (hypoglycemia) or other non-life threatening illnesses common to puppies.  Buyer agrees to limit puppy (ies) exposure to other persons, animals and public places. Parvo Virus, distemper, etc., is a highly contagious virus that a puppy is susceptible to until they receive their last booster vaccine. We do not guarantee against these viruses since they can easily be obtained from any public place.  The Seller will not accept any returns of said puppy for any monetary refund, including, but not limited to allergies, Landlord/Tenant disagreements, marital, or adjustment problems. If Buyer must return puppy for any reason, it will be on a surrender basis only with no refund. Seller will work with the Buyer to help resolve any issues that arise with puppy. In no case shall said puppy (ies) be re-sold to Pet Shops, Pet Brokers, or Puppy Mills. To do so would free Seller from any and all liabilities mentioned in this contract and further steps will be taken by the Seller for puppy’s safe return.

Any estimated weight is only an educated guess and not a guaranteed number. All puppies are sold with a limited registration unless other arrangements have been made with Seller.  No guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation, size or breeding ability unless sold with breeding rights.

All offspring from Star’s Classical must be registered with the Biewer Terrier Registry of America (BTRA).

This contract shall be governed under the laws of the state of Pennsylvania. Any conflict of issues, either in equity or law, shall be adjudicated in Bucks County, State of Pennsylvania.
